We value you as a customer.  We want your repeat business, but most of all we want your satisfaction & happiness with our products. 

Because of this, we will accept any item back & refund you the entire purchase price minus shipping unless there was clearly and error on our part. For example, if wrong item was sent, we will take full responsibility and refund all shipping costs.  All items must be returned within 7 business days of receipt.  We apologize but due to the nature of the products we cannot except returns after the 7 business days.  If we receive a shipment after 7 business days the shipment will be returned back to you and a refund will not be issued.

We regret that we cannot refund the cost you pay to send it to us.

If you are unhappy with any item in your order please email us within 3 business days telling us about it & then return mail it WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving it to the address listed below. 

This means you must put it in the mail to us within 3 business days of receiving it, in a minimally used or unused condition.

Following receipt we will refund your full purchase price minus shipping costs unless it has been decided it was a mistake clearly made by From The Meadows.  If an error was made on our part we will refund proportionate shipping if it is one item of several you bought or we will refund the entire shipping amount if it is the only item you purchased.

Please note that we cannot refund items if we do not receive them back.  Please add a Return Receipt or Insurance to your return shipment if you are concerned with this aspect.
