We value you as a customer and we are concerned about keeping your shipment cost down. We do not add a Handling Fee - you only pay for the actual ship price charged to us by whatever Shipper you select at Check-out.
Most orders take 3-5 Business Days to arrive, depending on your location. Please note that we ship all orders on Monday & Tuesday of each week - to avoid allowing Shippers to let your order sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend.
Sometimes the Shipping Calculator has problems with the various sizes of products in an order and gives a higher rate. If you email us with your order, we will be glad to box your order and then let you know your ship price options.
We also offer FED-EX, but it is not shown at check out. Our Shipping Calculator is not able to include their rates at this time. If you are interested in having us use FED-EX please email us with your order and your address with zip code.
Please note that within the Continental US we may use Fed-Ex instead of UPS on your order. We have found them to be more careful as a Shipper. If this is not okay please let us know at Check-out or by email afterward.
Feel free to email us if you have questions on shipping or prices. And please note that we do not require a signature at delivery unless you request it when you order.
