We value you as a customer.  We want your repeat business, but most of all we want your satisfaction & happiness with our products. 

Because of this, we will accept any item back & refund you the entire purchase price PLUS what you paid for shipping at the time of purchase - if you return it within 7 business days of receipt.

We regret that we cannot refund the cost you pay to send it to us.

If you are unhappy with any item in your order please email us right away telling us about it & then return mail it WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving it to the address listed below. 

This means you must put it in the mail to us within 3 business days of receiving it, in a minimally used or unused condition.

Following receipt we will refund your full purchase price (including proportionate shipping if it is one item of several you bought) or we will refund the entire ship amount if it is the only item you purchased.

Please note that we cannot refund items if we do not receive them back.  Please add a Return Receipt or Insurance to your return shipment if you are concerned with this aspect.
