The limited live-person phone hours allow us to focus on the other requirements of developing this business with limited staff.  We keep staff limited to keep prices as low as we can for the sake of our customers.  

We genuinely want our customers to be able to afford our safe, organic products for daily use.  Having to pay postage increases the cost, so we do our best to be time and staff efficient and keep costs down.  We hope you understand when you can't reach a human-being during other hours!
